The Stingray Raffle is a weekly raffle staged by Caymanians First Charitable Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation, to raise funds for its charitable programmes. It is operated on the Foundation’s behalf by Stingray Media Group.
Every ticket supports Caymanian causes — through the Foundation’s five charitable purposes, or through a partner non-profit featured that week.

Net proceeds from every weekly raffle are applied to the Foundation’s charitable programmes — every week, without exception.
By default, the Foundation applies the funds across its five charitable purposes: education, skills and employment; arts, culture and heritage; community and social inclusion; health, wellness and sports; and the relief of poverty and hardship.
In partnered weeks, the Foundation grants that week’s net proceeds to a featured registered non-profit organisation under its Nonprofit and Community Support Policy, subject to the applicable raffle terms and conditions. The amount granted varies with the net proceeds generated during that weekly raffle period.

Across our islands, non-profits support individuals and families, empower young people, advance education, protect our environment, promote arts and culture, and respond to important social needs.
The Foundation has built the fundraising platform — a weekly raffle it stages, island-wide reach, and independent governance. Rather than keep it to ourselves, we are inviting other registered non-profit organisations to partner with the Foundation. A partner is featured for its week, the raffle runs as it always does, and the Foundation grants the week’s net proceeds to the partner to further its charitable mission.
The Foundation's board is independent, and all raffle proceeds allocated to the Foundation are received, held, and applied under the Foundation's governance arrangements.

How the Raffle Works
A Beneficiary Every Week
Each week’s net proceeds fund the Foundation’s programmes — applied across its five purposes by default, or granted to the featured partner non-profit, subject to the applicable raffle terms and conditions.
The Impact Continues
The funding advances charitable work in our community — the Foundation’s own programmes, or a partner’s mission through the Foundation’s grant.

Making a meaningful impact in Cayman?
We invite eligible registered non-profit organisations to apply to partner with the Foundation and be featured for a week of the Stingray Raffle. The featured organisation receives a grant of that week’s net proceeds to further its charitable mission and community impact.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Partner weeks are allocated in accordance with the Foundation’s established selection process and its Nonprofit and Community Support Policy. In weeks without a featured partner, net proceeds are applied across the Foundation’s five charitable purposes. The amount granted depends on the net proceeds generated during the applicable weekly raffle period.
